I had a mild stroke of genius today. As I was trying to figure out how I'd fit in some yoga today, I remembered a VHS tape (we still have a VCR) with an episode of kid yoga on it. I taped it off the television years ago, when I was a nanny. I think I showed it to the twins once and didn't stick with it.Being a pack rat doesn't always pay off, but in this case, it was a boon. Deston was delighted by the yoga and I added some rounds of sun salutation at the end for myself. I think we'll try this once a week and see how it goes. I would be so happy to see him embrace yoga--time will tell.
